Vak Pak, Inc. is the originator of the fiberglass Main Drain. They produce more varieties of fiberglass Main Drains than any other manufacturer in the world.
All of our main drains are sized for gravity flow at 1.5 ft/sec through the grate and 3 ft/sec through the pipe connected to the collector tank.
Main Drains are available in 9” 12” and 18” sizes as well as custom sizes 24” and larger.
A rounded design on all our Round main drains (excluding the 24”) means you only have to square the grate to the pool walls, not the sump.
Slip by Slip or Slip by Thread couplings can be manufactured for ease of plumbing and pressure testing. (please specify SxS or SxT at time of order)
A 2” female adapter is provided in the bottom for a hydrostatic relief valve.
Each main drain has a sand grit finish to better mechanically bond to the concrete or gunite coating.
The Vak Pak Splash Pad Diverter vault is designed to allow rain water to be diverted to storm drain piping when the Splash pad is not in use. The system comes standard with manual corrosion resistant isolation valves or it can be fitted for automatic actuation when the park closes and opens. For automation options a splash pad control panel must be used.
Vak Pak diverter vaults are available for multiple lines from 2" through 16" pipe capabilities. Vault sizes may vary based on space requirements and number of lines.
The vault comes standard with an overflow pipe for connection to the storm drain line, lockable reinforced fiberglass lid with stainless steel hardware and pneumatic lifter hinges for lift assistance.
Due to its light weight fiberglass design, the vault can easily be installed without the use of heavy equipment.
Chemical storage systems are designed to house the chemical holding crocks as well as any chemical feeding equipment and controllers. Dual containment drop boxes are housed inside the cabinet to contain the liquid chemical holding crocks. Liquid chemical feeders as well as chemical controller devices are installed for ease of operation for feeding chemicals to your pool or spa.
Chemical storage systems are perfect for states that enforce strict environmental protection laws and require a dual containment basin for liquid chemicals or if you want your chemical tanks to be locked and protected from tampering.
Remote chemical crocks can be removed from the dual containment drop box for cleaning or replacement.
Standalone remote chemical crocks are available as well for applications that do not require dual containment. They come with an access for feed tubes as well as a lockable fiberglass lid.
Vak Pak Sediment tanks are designed to capture large debris before it enters the filter cycle. This helps reduce maintenance and chemical usage.
Large access ports provide ease of debris removal saving time during cleaning.
Tanks can be designed with vacuum hose ports for connection to vacuum pump systems for quick removal of debris.
Manufactured of fiberglass and corrosion resistant hardware they feature secure, lockable lids to guarantee extended life and safety of the product.
Light weight design keeps shipping costs down and allows for installation by hand on systems less than 400 gallons without the need for heavy equipment.
Your collector tank can be set to proper static water levels regardless of grade. Collector tank skirts can be custom-made to your height specifications, from 3" to 24". Skirts can also be ordered later and easily installed in the field at any time.

Our subterranean vaults and fountain systems come pre-plumbed with pumps, filters, electrical equipment, timers and gauges, as well as any necessary chemical equipment. Each system can be manufactured for your specific application and needs.
Designed especially for below-ground installation, our subterranean vaults and fountain systems come standard with sump pump, corrosion-resistant access ladder and shaded pole exhaust blowers with vents. The components are pre-wired to an eight-circuit, single-phase breaker panel that complies with NEC requirements.
